We had the opportunity to spend 6 weeks in this home in Marco Island. It was tastefully appointed with Tommy Bahamas furnishings. The house was big enough for 4 adults and an occasional guest to enjoy. There were plenty of amenities including towels (bath and pool), games for inside and pool area. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of items for cooking/serving. The extra bar refrigerator came in handy for water and some alcoholic drinks rather than tying up space in main kitchen refrigerator. Pool was great. Temperature was perfect, although you do lose the sun early afternoon, but did not deter our use. Was very comfortable as was the lanai. Although the owner left paddle boards, kayaks we did not use these. We did have a chance to use the bikes and beach chairs. The dock was a great asset to sit and enjoy a coffee/drink or take in the sun while looking at the water/boats and even a dolphin swimming by. We would also like to point out that despite a few issues that occurred over our 6 week stay, Marco island Rental staff were extremely responsive.  We highly recommend this home to others for rent. You won’t be disappointed. We also would use /recommend Marco Island Rental Properties. Thank you

1134 Whiteheart is a nice house, decorated nicely, all appliances new and working well; bathrooms are newer,beds are comfortable. We found the house extremely well cleaned; floors were immaculate!! AC worked well.The layout of the house was nice, provided privacy to the master bedroom. House is comfortable for 4 to 6 people,however the pool is on the small size. For us, it was ok because not all 6 people used the pool at the same time, but ifall 6 people do use pool, it's small. The decor of the pool area is pretty and the pool itself is pretty; a few areas around the pool need some cement/bleaching because you see some mold starting and it looks unsightly; can be corrected easily with bleach. Barbeque area/ outside table and chairs very nice, nice view of canal. The other thing is there are no shades in the Living Room area so at night you are on full display. We have stayed at other homes with you where there are shades to provide privacy at night, and lastly the garage, not using the garage for  the carwas a bit of a problem when we needed to go out during the day. The car was boiling, steering wheel extremely hot to the touch. In all fairness to the homeowner, it does state this online, that there is No use of garage, but to be honest, I almost didn't rent this house because of this because I know how hot it gets in Marco. We are glad that we did rent the house, because overall we were comfortable and had a nice time in the house.
