The bedroom offers a Queen Bed, while the living room includes a sleeper sofa. Guests can enjoy a large heated pool with beach access. A variety of restaurants and bars are conveniently located within a short walking distance of the condo.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
