This charming 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is located on the beachfront (without a beach view) and comes with brand-new furniture, HD TVs, and HD cable channels. The bedroom features a cozy queen bed, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa. Guests can relax in the newly renovated pool area with fresh furniture or enjoy the separate BBQ space. A variety of restaurants and bars are just a short walk away from the condo.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
