The Master Bedroom Suite has a King Bed with walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds with its own walk-in shower. The Living Room has a SMALL sofa bed for kids, NOT Adults.
No need to bring anything from home for the beach. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, tent, all provided. Relaxing island getaway awaits.
A short 10-minute walk north out of the parking lot are more restaurants, movie theater with dining, and mini golf.  BOOK NOW!
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

We have stayed in condos for the past 5 years in Marco Island. The Sea Winds condo was by far, the most enjoyable! We plan to go there again on our next vacation. The ocean view was gorgeous from the balcony, living room and bedroom. It was decorated so beautifully, we loved coming back to it each day after beach time. It was extremely well equipped.
