Description
Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condo on the 14th floor. All tiled. View the entire beach! The bedrooms have a king in master, twins in guest.
3 flat screen TV's & a DVD. Washer/dryer in the unit. Heated pool, jacuzzi, & tennis. Sit on balcony and enjoy the views. Walk to shopping, restaurants mini golf, movies. No need to bring a car, except to go to supermarket.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. As of June 1, 2022; There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.

Wonderful Vacation! Totally enjoyed our stay at Sea Winds 1402. The property complex is very well maintained and perfectly located. Beautiful views of ocean and sunsets from the large balcony. The condo was nicely decorated with updated walk in showers. The owner also provided everything for the beach including towels, chairs and umbrellas. I would highly recommend a stay here.
