This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront corner unit on the 10th floor boasts breathtaking views of the crescent beach. The master bathroom has been recently updated with all-tile finishes, and the unit is equipped with three TVs and a DVD player. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest room offers twin beds. For added convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer are included. Amenities comprise a heated pool, jacuzzi, pickleball, and tennis courts. Located next to the Apollo, there is an on-site restaurant, and a short 10-minute walk north from the parking lot provides access to additional dining, a movie theater, and mini-golf.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.

Renting through VRBO and having Marco Island Rental Properties take care of everything was great. This condo has everything you will need for a day at the beach, or relaxing on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous gulf. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed (utensils, plates, cups, coffee mugs, etc). It was also nice to have beach towels and chairs to use - that's huge! Photos are exactly what you get. If you’ve never rented a corner unit you must. Views were to die for. The area was extremely quiet this time of year and restaurant opportunities limited.
