This 8th-floor corner condo offers an unbeatable view and comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest room has two twin beds, and the living room features a sleeper sofa perfect for kids. You'll find TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The unit has tile flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.


CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
