This beachfront condo offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with breathtaking views of the beach. Residents can enjoy year-round sunsets, a spacious heated pool, and a relaxing spa. The added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer enhances the living experience. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom is equipped with twin beds. Additionally, an array of restaurants, cinemas, and shopping destinations are located just a 10-minute walk away.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
