This beautiful beachfront condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, offering an exceptional view of the beach. Enjoy sunsets throughout the year, a large heated pool, and a spa. The convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer adds to the comfort. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the guest bedroom has twin beds. A variety of restaurants, cinemas, and shopping venues are just a 10-minute walk away.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
