This superb condo is perfect for your island vacation, within walking distance to numerous restaurants, cinemas, mini-golf, and shops. There's no need for a car, except for supermarket visits.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. As of June 1, 2022; There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
