This unit features a screened balcony, ideal for families with small children. It is tiled throughout and offers stunning views. The bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed in the master and twin beds in the guest room. There are 1 and a half bathrooms, two televisions, and a washer/dryer within the unit. Please note that the kitchen and bathroom have not been updated, as reflected in the low price (refer to pictures).

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo.
There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
