**CONDO ASSOCIATION ONLY ALLOWS 3 MONTH RENTALS 1 TIMES PER YEAR *  
**MUST BE RENTED BY CALENDAR MONTH**
Large 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom on the 2nd Floor with a pool view and some beach.
Large wrap around balcony from 1 guest bedroom to the living room overlooking the Pool.
Master Bedroom suite has a King Bed. Bathroom has a shower stall and separate Tub.
Guest Bedroom closet to the Master Bedroom has a King Bed but it can be separated into two twin beds. It has it own bathroom with tub.
Guest Bedroom on other side of the condo has a King Bed with own bathroom with shower.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
