Master Bedroom has a King Bed and Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed. 2 Full bathrooms.
  
Lots of amenities in the south seas complex with a brand new fitness center in the building.
Tennis and pickle ball and if you have a boat there are docks available for rent as well.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival
1 month ---          $100.00
2 months ---        $150.00
3+ months ---       $200.00

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
