What a View from this Beachfront Condo!  View of the beach in both bedrooms, Living room, and dining area. All tiled except the bedrooms. Brand New Sectional in the Living Room.  King Bed in Master and Twin beds in Guest Bedroom.  All the rooms open up to the wrap around balcony. If you stay in July you have an excellent view of the fireworks. Sunset views all year long.  You can even see the sunrise as well.  
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee $150 collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
