2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with plenty of space inside and out to enjoy your winter escape. Master Bedroom suite has a King Bed and the Guest Bedroom also has a King Bed.  The Master Bathroom has a walk in Shower and Guest has a Tub. Both Bedrooms have access to the balcony. The South Seas have updated their amenities to include brand new Fitness Center located in Tower 2.

3+ months ---       $200.00

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
