Enjoy the convenience of a private laundry and a screened lanai with garden and partial ocean views. Accommodates up to 6 guests: owner’s suite with new modern King bedroom set, second bedroom with two twin beds, and a sofa bed/queen 18' air mattress option in the living room. Our condo features two 50-inch TVs, wireless DSL internet, and exclusive access to a private pool, tennis courts, outdoor grill and parking close to the beach. Enjoy the best of Marco - pristine white, sandy beaches, boating, fishing, tennis, golfing, dining, shopping, and shelling.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance.  WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
