This beautiful and roomy 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house features an office. Just a 5-minute walk from Mackle Park and the Library. The master suite includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower, plus direct access to the pool area. The expansive living room boasts beautiful, comfortable furniture and office access for those working vacations. Two guest bedrooms offer queen beds, while the third has two twin beds. There are 4 Smart TVs, each with Xfinity TV access. The large pool and surrounding area receive ample sunlight throughout the day due to its westerly aspect. The lanai is well-appointed with cozy furniture and a BBQ grill, and there's also an enclosed side yard.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

NOTE: If you are bringing a small dog a $250 nonrefundable pet fee will be added. If a dog is found in the house and rental agency was not informed its grounds for immediate eviction from the house.

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature.  Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
