Beautifully remodeled 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo near a free beach entrance.  
Both Bedrooms are en suite King Bedrooms. Beautifully remodeled kitchen with a serving hatch to the dining area. Full size washer and dryer inside the condo.
Large Pool and plenty of pool side seating available with a BBQ.  Tennis Courts also available on site.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
