Great value rental and a great view of both the beach and inland from this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo on the 14th floor. Close to the Marriott and restaurants/movies within walking distance.  The master bedroom has a king bed and twins in the guest bedroom.

NOTE: TV in guest bedroom not connected to cable; It's there to connect game systems.  

Covered parking garage for one vehicle. Large, heated pool and plenty of seating around.  2 tennis courts available for tenant use.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.  $100 fee for registration is required for this rental.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
