Privately Owned 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom condo overlooking the pool area in the Marco Beach Ocean Resort. Bathtub and separate shower. Small Kitchen. The Bedroom has a King Bed with Smart TV.  The Living room has a Smart TV as well. Small Desk Free Valet Parking.
Restaurant on the premises and Fitness Center.
FREE WIFI.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

HOTEL SIZE REFRIGERATOR/NO FREEZER

NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES ON THE PREMISES.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

Our family stayed in one of the resort rooms, and of course, they are a lot nicer, but almost twice the price of this unit. Other than the furnishings being a bit dated, we enjoyed the resort for much less money.
