Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath vacation home which is conveniently located down the street from a beach entrance (5 Min walk).  King Bed in the Master, Queen in both guest bedrooms.   All the Bedrooms and Family room have smart TV's that can stream Netflix and Prime Video but only the Family Room and Master Bedroom have cable.   Pool has a southern exposure to enjoy the sun all day long. House has tile throughout. Down the street from restaurants, movies, and mini golf. House has beach chairs available for tenant use.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature.  Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
