Jim T. 115 Landmark 1/2/2021 - 1/16/2021 Party of 4 enjoyed this home and found everything was as advertised. The weather was cool and the heated pool/hot tub performed perfectly. The dock is large and great for fishing and sunbathing. House in excellent condition, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bikes and fishing gear was a surprise and appreciated. Very close to beach, good restaurants, Publix, Winn Dixie, Walgreens, etc. but setting is a quiet residential area. We will definitely rent this home again. It is in a great location, walking distance to beach, close to restaurants and shopping. The best part is the view. The open water canal behind house is great for fishing from dock, kayaking, or dolphin watching. We caught several keepers right from the dock.
