BEAUTIFUL HOUSE! Only a 5 min walk to the Tigertail Beach entrance!  

3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. Separate Family and Living Rooms with Heated Pool and Spa. The Master Suite has a King Bed with a walk-in shower and separate tub. The Guest Bedrooms are both Queen Beds.  Large modern kitchen. Lift is not available.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature.  If the house has a Jacuzzi; the Pool and Jacuzzi are not heated at the same time. If you use Jacuzzi the heat will be directed towards that and not the Pool. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
