Welcome to Paradise on Marco Island, FL. Marco Island offers a year-round relaxing vacation on the Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida. It boasts the best weather in Florida, with an average high of 84 degrees and warm Gulf waters. Our beautiful waterfront home is just steps (approximately 300 paces or 0.1 miles) from Tigertail Beach and features a large pool, spacious lanai with a stunning water view, and a private dock. The home is air-conditioned, and its western exposure is perfect for sunny afternoons by the pool and enjoying sunsets over Marco. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an updated private bathroom with a large rain shower. The second bedroom has 1full bed with trundle and 1 Twin bed.
Every room offers magnificent views of the water and pool area, and you can even fish in the canal! The house comes fully furnished with linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer.
For the cost of a hotel room, you can enjoy the luxury of a house with your own private kitchen and swimming pool. Once you've rented our house for a family vacation or a relaxing getaway for two, you'll never want to return to a hotel!
EXIT CLEAN MAY INCREASE BASED ON LENTH OF STAY
Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.

Perfect Beach House with Pool and Boat Dock, Dec 09, 2024

The location was perfect - close to the beach and on the canal. The house is less than a five minute walk to Tigertail Beach. The home was immaculate. It is exactly as shown as described. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay for the week. We rented a boat for three days and dock was so convenient. The pool is a definite bonus! We arrived before 3:00 and were able to check in early. Thanks for Marco Island Rental Properties for their superb communication. Would highly recommend this property. We hope to come back soon!
We were at 557 Hernando for a week and thought it was the perfect get-away. This was the first time staying close to Tiger Tail and really enjoyed the location. The view of the canal was very enjoyable as we saw quite a bit of activity as boats cruised past, especially on the weekend. Being a wider canal and on the edge of a canal intersection gave us more of a sense of privacy than other houses we've stayed at. We thought the lanai and outside furniture was top of the line. The neighborhood was very quiet and we did not notice any noise from Hernando. MIRP responded within minutes when we emailed on a property issue and they got it resolved within an hour - WOW (the other real estate rental companies in town we've used have never been that responsive). The only suggestion for the property is better dining room lighting.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation
I did not know till we arrived that the property had a washer and dryer so that was a huge plus. Everything was perfect and we had all the extras that we needed that we were unable to pack. It was perfect for our family of 4 and the kids enjoyed having the pool.
