This condo is located next to the Residents Beach  The bedrooms have a King in the master bedroom and 2 Twins beds in guest bedroom. Free Wifi and HD TV cable.  $150.00 Registration Fee includes parking.  

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
