King Bed in the Master bedroom, Queen Bed in the 1st guest bedroom and 2 Twin Beds in the 2nd guest bedroom. 1200 Square Feet; plenty of room for a family of 6. Brand new Appliances in the Kitchen

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
