Beautiful and spacious 3 Bedroom, 3 bath condo on the 9th Floor with a view of the entire beach. King bed in Master and Guest with two bunk beds in other guest room. This condo sleeps 8 comfortably. Washer and Dryer in the condo.  Large, heated pool and jacuzzi on site along with a fitness center and social room. Garage parking is included.  EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
