Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom House on a wide waterway! Master bedroom Suite has a King Bed with walk-in shower and separate Tub. Attached on the same side as the Master Bedroom is a separate Bedroom/Office with a Full-Size Bed and separate Shower.  Can also be accessed from Pool Area.  The 2 Guest bedrooms on left side of House have a King Bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Lots of windows to see the wide bay. Lots of seating around the pool area to relax on your vacation. There is a formal dining room and also dinette table by the kitchen for informal dining. The Family room has large HD Smart TV. All the Sleeping rooms also have a TV

Boat Dock; NOT LIFT available. Contact local marinas for storage of boat trailers. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on driveways or in yards.
No Garage Use; parking on driveway

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.  

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature.  Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
