Lovely condo on the 17th Floor with an island view.  King Bed in the Bedroom.  Beautiful pool and BBQ area. Social Room gives you time to relax and unwind to read a book or watch TV. Social Committee arranges Movie Nights, a Book Club, Mahjongg, Bridge and other gatherings. Admiralty House also has 2 tennis courts, a car wash area, covered parking, and laundry rooms on each floor.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
