Beautiful view from this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo with a short walk thru the beautiful Pool area to the Gulf of Mexico. There is 2 large BBQ's in the Pool Area. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and the Bathroom has been renovated. The Guest Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and Guest Bathroom has a shower. The Living Room has a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Living Room TV has HD channels and you can stream Netflix. The building  has 2 tennis courts, a car wash area, covered parking, and laundry rooms on each floor.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
