This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features all tile flooring, a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and twin beds in the guest room, along with 3 TVs. It includes a washer/dryer, heated pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court. You must experience the view from this condo to truly appreciate it. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and hotels. The screened-in balcony ensures the safety of small children. Note: The master bedroom has a low platform-style bed.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.

All we can say about 1503 is that other than the little TLC that it needs, it was great. The king size bed in the master bedroom made it a little difficult to move around the room, but that was ok. The washer and dryer in the unit made it so much easier. We have stayed in other locations where there was a communal laundry room ... now that was an inconvenience. Being able to wash and dry our clothes without having to step out of the unit was a blessing. And what can we say about the ocean facing balcony ... waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to sit there and look out over the ocean ... priceless. Oh ... and the fact that it was screened in was a major plus. That was the main reason that we chose the unit. The ability to be able to sit out there without the worry about mosquitoes interrupting our quiet time was more than worth the price of the stay.
I could go on and on, but you get
the idea. It is definitely a place (and unit) we would recommend.
