This updated beachfront condo features two new full bathrooms with walk-in showers, a modern kitchen with new appliances, fresh flooring, and brand-new beds and furniture. Enjoy the convenience of ceiling fans and three new smart TVs.

The condo offers an outstanding view from its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with easy beach access through the pool area. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed with a twin trundle. Both bedrooms provide access to a full bathroom with showers.

Building amenities comprise a large, heated pool and spa, tennis courts with pickleball, and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Owner has some pickleball paddles in his condo for tenant use.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting August 5 and last thru October 2026. Noise maybe heard throughout the building!

POOL will be closed August 3 till at least September 25! Beach access will be available! Lobby is currently under construction and unavailable. Tile floors on exterior being removed August 17-31 all dates are estimated bad weather could delay the projects.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
