Enjoy beautiful sunsets from this 2-bedroom, 1-and-a-half-bathroom unit. The balcony is screened, and the space is tastefully furnished, complete with flat-screen TVs and high-speed internet. A queen bed graces the master bedroom, while the guest bedroom has twin beds. The living room includes a sleeper sofa suitable for children, not adults. Unwind and savor the view and the sound of the surf from this second-floor unit.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. As of June 1, 2022; There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
