What a view from this Beachfront Condo! Remodeled bathrooms and kitchen and with over 1100 sq ft of living space there is plenty of room. Large balcony with access from both bedrooms and living room. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and the Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds with a desk. Tv's in both bedrooms and living room as well.  Great beach equipment in the storage area by the elevator for your use. Both Bedrooms are carpeted.  New Fitness Center in tower 2 and new lobby
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
NOTE: The living room tv has been replaced with a 55" smart tv

This condo can only be rented from the 1st to the end of the month.  It is calendar month only.

Registration fee $150 collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
