Our beautiful waterfront home is just steps (approximately 300 paces or 0.1 miles) from Tigertail Beach and features a large pool, spacious lanai with a stunning water view, and a private dock. The home is air-conditioned, and its western exposure is perfect for sunny afternoons by the pool and enjoying sunsets over Marco. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an updated private bathroom with a large rain shower. The second bedroom has 1full bed with trundle and 1 Twin bed.

Every room offers magnificent views of the water and pool area, and you can even fish in the canal! The house comes fully furnished with linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer.

EXIT CLEAN MAY INCREASE BASED ON LENTH OF STAY

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
