Over 1450 sq feet and many amenities in the condominium building to enjoy. The Master Bedroom suite has a King Bed, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has two Full Size Beds. If needed there is a sofa bed in the living room. Full Size washer and dryer in condo. There are Tennis Courts, Heated Pool and Spa, BBQ area by the Pool with a large sun deck and access to the Beach.
Garage Parking 1 space assigned.

Exit Clean may increase depending on length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
