This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a stunning view and is just a short walk through the beautiful pool area to the Gulf of Mexico. The pool area features two large BBQ grills. The master bedroom has a king bed and an updated bathroom with a new shower. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, and the guest bathroom also has a new shower. The living room features a sleeper sofa for extra guests, an HD TV with streaming capabilities like Netflix. The building includes two tennis courts, a car wash area, covered parking, and laundry rooms on every floor.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
