EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

Laura K, Gorgeous Views! The views from this unit are spectacular! Enjoyed quiet coffee time in the morning and was able to watch adorable ducks take their morning walk across the sand each day. This unit is on the 5th floor. High enough to see over the vegetation, and low enough to enjoy the birds who live there. Wonderful views of the sunset each evening. The condo itself is immaculate! Much appreciated. Comfy beds, good linens and towels. There were beach chairs that we could carry like backpacks, an umbrella (needs a new one), no cooler so bring your own. The kitchen is very small, the carpet needs replaced, and the unit itself is very dated. These things would not stop me from rebooking again.
