The view from this 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo on the 8th floor is unbeatable. It features a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room suitable for children. There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The condo boasts tile flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet access, and a full-size washer/dryer within the unit.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.  If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
