Covered parking garage for one vehicle. Large, heated pool and plenty of seating around.  2 tennis courts available for tenant use.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.  $100 fee for registration is required for this rental.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
