The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed. Tower 2 also offers a new fitness center and a redesigned lobby. Amenities such as Pickleball and Tennis are available within the South Seas complex, along with boat dock rental options.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee $150 collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
