Beautiful, remodeled condo in the South Seas East community, which is centrally located by numerous restaurants, live entertainment, and the famous Marco Island Beach. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and the Guest Bedroom has a Queen. Full Size front load washer and dryer in the condo. Large Screened Balcony.  Large Pool and Boat Docks on the premises available for rent. Beach access is right across the way in-between Towers 2 and 3.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance.  WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
