Large heated pool and jacuzzi on site along with a fitness center, tennis courts, and social room.  Master Bedroom has a King bed and the Guest room has a Queen bed. Washer and Dryer inside the condo.  View is towards the northwest so you can see the sunsets on the spacious balcony. Garage parking is included. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.


CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
