2 bedroom 2 bath first floor condo. Short walk to numerous restaurants and shopping. The bedrooms have a queen in master and queen in guest bedroom.  All tiled. Screened lanai. Large, heated Pool on the grounds with tennis as well.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
